3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities performed under their account.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual plans may be offered.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Fees paid are generally non-refundable.

5. Customer Data

All business data entered into the platform remains the property of the customer. We process and store such data solely for providing the Service.

6. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security practices to protect customer information. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Acceptable Use

• No illegal or fraudulent activities.
• No unauthorized access attempts.
• No reverse engineering of the platform.
• No distribution of malware or harmful software.
• No resale without written authorization.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.

9. Software Updates

We may release new features, updates, security patches and enhancements without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, source code and documentation remain the exclusive property of SYSTEMS TANZANIA LIMITED.

11. Limitation of Liability

SYSTEMS TANZANIA LIMITED shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any indirect damages resulting from use of the Service.

12. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for unpaid subscriptions, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that threaten the security of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
